Circular Economy

  • Swarf, grinding sludge, and other metal sludges are near impossible waste streams to find sustainable solutions. MFR processes can reduce this waste to ZERO.

  • Grinding, milling, machining, CNC, honing, and other manufacturing processes require expensive lubricants. Mobile Fluid Recovery can recover these valuable lubricants for beneficial reuse and save significant amounts of money for customers.

  • Extracting the fluid from these metal waste streams has created a valuable commodity for many customers. MFR has relationships with several facilities willing to pay for these dry metal shavings. What once was trash now becomes potential revenue for our customers.

  • MFR can recover valuable coolants from all types of filter media. Many of our customers utilize elaborate filtering systems to recover coolants. These filtering systems purge filter paper and media, which are then disposed. MFR can process these purged materials to recover a considerable amount of coolant. Then, the recovered fluid is processed to meet the customer's specification so they can reuse it.
